About Our Programs
At Payne K9, our private lesson programs are a convenient and effective way to achieve your dog training goals.
Our training programs are structured around the needs of you and your dog. We will work with you in the comfort of your own home, meaning there is no need for you to travel to group classes or a training facility. Additionally, our private lesson programs are perfect for dogs who may struggle in a kennel environment at a training facility.

Payne K9 Obedience Programs
Basic In Home Training (4 weeks)
$650
During our four week Basic In Home program, your dog will attain a solid foundation in obedience.
They will learn the six basic obedience commands on leash, including: sit, down, stay, recall, heel and place. Sessions will run for approximately one hour, and additional sessions may be added if desired after the four week program has concluded. We are all about reaching goals, so if you and your pup have been practicing regularly and haven’t quite reached your goals after four sessions, additional complimentary sessions will be added as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Advanced Off-Leash (4 weeks)
$800
Our four week Advanced Off Leash obedience program is designed for dogs who already have a grasp of the basics on leash.
In this program, your dog will expand on those skills and learn how to demonstrate them off leash as well. Our Advanced Off Leash program will prepare your dog for doing advanced behaviors in indoor and outdoor settings. If your dog is not yet able to perform their obedience commands on leash, we recommend our Basic In-Home program.
Total Transformation (8 weeks)
$1400
Our eight week Total Transformation program will teach your dog basic and advanced obedience, on and off leash. This combines both our Basic Obedience and Advanced Off Leash training programs.
In our Total Transformation program, we will meet once a week for eight weeks. Your dog will learn all basic obedience commands, before progressing slowly to the point that they listen when off-leash. We will proof your dog around distractions, in addition to working with them in public settings, to ensure you have complete control of their behavior in all situations.
DIY Package
$300
Our DIY package is our most flexible and affordable private lesson option. During a DIY session, we will work with you for up to two hours, explaining and demonstrating some of my training methods to help you achieve your dog training goals.
Whether you have a specific issue you are looking to resolve with your dog, or are simply looking for some advice to build a stronger, more harmonious relationship, these sessions are customized around your needs. This package also enables you to bring your dog to a future group class with a 10% discount off the regular price.
Payne K9 Behavior Modification
In Home Behavior Modification (four weeks)
$550
Our Behavior Modification programs are designed for dogs who are displaying significant behavioral issues – for example, aggression, anxiety or reactivity.
In this program, we will visit for a free consultation and assess the issues you are having with your dog. We will also discuss the goals for our training program. After our initial consultation, we will then produce a training plan and will work together to achieve your training goals and resolve the problem behaviors.
